Dickinson Lab Members

My lab members include permanent staff connected with citizen science at Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Graduate Students in two departments (DNR, NB&B), undergraduates, and a variable and changing selection of research collaborators at various levels (interns, assistants, postdoctoral associates).

Citizen Science Staff

Citizen science staff are involved in directing projects (FeederWatch, YardMap, NestWatch, Celebrate Urban Birds), providing support for participants, and/or conducting research with citizen science data.

Internships

Various internships are available for Masters students, undergraduates, and recent postgraduates. Internships are essentially volunteer positions that carry a subsistence stipend and in many cases, housing.

Undergraduates may also have access to various fellowships and internships that other groups do not, and these tend to bring higher stipends and more in the way of resources for research and publication.

Please examine section on internships for additional information.

Graduate Students

Individuals considering coming to graduate school at Cornell should examine the prospective graduate student section of this web site and read about current graduate students' projects.
